Paws Rescue Qatar - How To Adopt

How Do I Adopt a Dog Or a Cat?

We have dogs and cats of all ages, colours, shapes and sizes, all with different personalities and temperaments. Each animal is assessed to find out what they are like and what sort of home, lifestyle and environment would suit them best. Each and every animal is considered individually and matched at the point of interview with the most suitable owner.

Our homers have a good knowledge of our animals and will advise you as to the most suitable animal for your situation.

How Much Does It Cost?

Our adoption fees are: QR 1,000 for a dog or 600 QR for a cat.

This fee covers first vaccinations, microchip, de-worming and tick treatments.  If the animal is already neutered there will be no additional fee for this.

The donation also helps towards feeding and medicating other dogs in our care. Any further care following adoption will be with a private vet at your cost unless otherwise specified by Paws Rescue Qatar.

  • Microchipping
  • Initial vaccinations
  • Flea and worming treatment
  • Neutering: Any puppy or kitten homed, that is not neutered, needs to be neutered at the age of 4 to 6 months. Anyone taking on a puppy or kitten will be asked to sign a neuter agreement to say they will do this. It is very important to us that none of our dogs or cats are able to produce more dogs or cats.

*Note: Regrettably, we have no debit/credit card facility and are only able to accept cash, cheques or PayPal.
